Choice office furnitures completed a project for a logistics company using custom designed market research tools to meet the unique requirements of a diverse client base, based in Johannesburg . As the office was already furnished but being expanded, the project required us to refurbish and match existing furniture and then to supply new office furniture and soft furnishings to create a stress-free environment for the call-centre and staff to work in.
The Scope of the contract included:
- Refurbishing existing furniture including call centre chairs, managers chairs and call-centre screens.
- Designing and manufacturing state-of the art workstations with sandblasted glass screens for the research office.
- Supplying new furniture including chairs for meeting rooms and management offices, privacy screens for desks, call-centre tables to match existing call-centre tables, meeting room and board room tables.
- Supplying metal tables and chairs for the staff chill area and soft furnishings – couches, comfy chairs and cushions for the client waiting rooms.
All the work was completed within a strict budget and to a tight deadline.
